"The Value Proposition!" Amy Dinning

Program Description:

Have you ever thought about what makes you unique? What value do you provide to an employer? Having a solid, short value proposition is important for your career and for a job search. You want to be able to state the difference that you make and the value that you bring whether you are looking for a job, asking for a promotion, asking for an increase, or meeting to discuss your performance. We will work through a process to create/refine your value proposition so that you are ready to use it whenever the opportunity comes up. Please join us for this interactive session.
