Program Description:

More often organizations, leaders and stakeholders are faced with experiencing economic changes, improving quality and stimulating growth. As Learning and Development Professionals, we are often tasked with taking on the role of change practitioner to help sponsor the change process through organizational and individual transformation. By supporting the change process and promoting a “Culture of evolution” we not only become the practitioner, we also become a participant in leading the change process.

Participate in an engaging forum that is designed to assist in:

  • Leading organizations through the process of change by applying intervention strategies that support creativity, productivity and organizational growth.
  • Guiding through the transition process and identify learning opportunities that promotes skill building and talent development.
  • Coaching stakeholders through the challenge of resistance, while permitting emotional engagement and promoting a culture of trust that develops team synergy.


About the Speaker:

Troy C. Farmer, MSW, CPC is the founder and CEO of EMPOWERMENT THAT VALUES ALL (E.V.A.) SERVICES, LLC providing consulting, coaching and counseling services. Troy has 25 years of combined experience in Mental Health, Learning and Development, Organizational Development and Talent Strategy.
