More Great Days at Work - Employee Engagement: Why It Matters and How You Can Help

Program Description:

What does it mean to have a great day at work and does it really matter?  If employees are contributing and getting paid, isn’t everything in appropriate balance?  This session will challenge the notion that merely contributing is enough.  If you truly want an organization to succeed, helping your employees have more “great days at work” is key.

As a leader in the area of Employee Engagement and authors of the book The Engagement Equation, BlessingWhite (represented by our speaker Scott Mason, Executive Director of Client Services for BlessingWhite, Inc) will define, discuss, and share research and best practices in employee engagement.

Participants in this session will understand:

  • Key Drivers of Engagement
  • The Impact of Engagement
  • How to influence employee engagement
  • The Role HR, Learning, and Talent Development professionals play in influencing engagement

Agenda:

5:30pm-6:30pm - New and Prospective Member Orientation (attendance is optional)

6:00pm - Registration

6:30pm - Dinner will be served

7:00pm-8:00pm - Presentation

Register today and you will be entered to win a prize at the Event on Wednesday, March 18th!  Please note you must be present to win.
