"Taking Flight"

Program Description:

Instead of focusing on letters, this DISC profile will revolutionize how you see yourself and everyone you work with.  With this program, you will discover why you click with some, clank with others, and what to do about it. This program builds upon the key skills needed by all job seekers, and employees because participants will experience the styles in action and learn in a way that is geared towards application and behavior change, not just understanding letters.  By building on existing knowledge, we utilize a brain-friendly approach to learning that makes new insights immediately accessible in the moment they are needed.

But, most importantly, it’s FUN!

If you have taken a DISC profile and it is collecting dust in a file somewhere, or if you are new to DISC, this program is for you.

If you would like, take this quick, free, one page mini assessment, Taking Flight Assessment, (http://takingflightprofile.peoplekeys.com/register) specific to this workshop. Print out your results and please bring them with you on February 1st or bring your existing one with you.

If you would like a more detailed assessment, please connect to the following link http://store.takeflightlearning.com/?Click=146, choose DISC for Everyone or Business and select, Take Flight with DISC on-line Profile, where for $36 you will receive a detailed 20+ page report that identifies which style you are, your style traits, communication tips, compatibility with your behavioral style and your challenge group as well as enhancing the interaction with other styles and a personalized action plan. Please bring this to the session, as well.
