Driving a Blended Learning Solution
Program Description:
Blended learning is all around us, and adult learners naturally utilize a blended learning approach - that is, a combination of on the job training, classroom, on-line courses, videos, mentoring, and independent reading / study. So how do L&D professionals create intentional blended learning programs that leverage a variety of learning episodes for an effective learning experience that provides a return on investment for the organization?
Our first discussion on this topic identified a strong interest in the different approaches to blended learning - from design through evaluation and measurement. We hope you can join us as we explore this topic in greater depth.
