Best Practices of Internally Developed Leadership Programs

Program Description:

Many organizations are focusing their efforts on developing leaders, realizing how critical it is for their organization’s future.  A variety of methods are being used to create leadership development programs such as externally developed, internally developed or a combination of the two.  There are positives and negatives to each approach.

Join us at the next Leadership & Organizational Development SIG as we hear from three organizations who have chosen to develop their leadership development programs internally.  They will share how they went about it, what worked/didn't work, what lessons they learned, and what advice they would give a L&D leader who wants to develop their own internally developed leadership program.
