"Designing & Prototyping: Turning Ideas Into Reality" with Nick Floro & Linda Daniels

Program Description:

This session will provide you with specific tools, techniques and workflows to help you kick-off any project the right way. Learn about tools and techniques to help you communicate a concept, beginning with Low-Fidelity to High-Fidelity Prototyping BEFORE you start

development. Whether you are creating a new learning module, presentation, training workshop, mobile app or a web based course, join us to learn the latest strategies in brainstorming and prototyping for yourself and with your teams. You'll also get an opportunity to outline your project concept and present it for feedback to help you make informed design decisions. So bring your crayons, markers, some paper and tape and let the fun begin!

Nick Floro is the president of Sealworks Interactive Studios. Nick has over 20 years of experience developing e-Learning solutions, applications and web platforms. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to help them understand the technology and develop innovative solutions to help their teams and customer base, and has won numerous awards from Apple and interactive organizations for productions and services. Nick is passionate about how technology can enhance learning and loves to share his knowledge and experience to inspire, teach and motivate.

 

 

Linda Daniels is a design thinker, artist and educator with over 20 years of expertise in interactive, digital and print applications having worked as a creative director and experience designer for multi-million dollar brands. As an Instructional Design and Assessment Specialist for The BOSS Group, she is responsible for the strategic direction, management and design of assessments, F2F and web-based learning programs and serving as a thought leader for industry best practices. Linda enjoys working with industry top thinkers to foster innovation and educating both professionals and students about the need for life-long learning.
