About our keynote: 

Jeff is Chief Learning Officer, Leader Development & Performance, at Deloitte.  His role includes Deloitte’s leadership development strategy, onboarding through executive development for Deloitte’s 80,000 professionals and partners, the Communication Excellence team, as well as performance management approach and analytics.

Some of Jeff’s accomplishments at Deloitte include:

  • Leading the formation of flagship development experiences for firm leaders, including the use of simulations, coaching, mentoring, formal learning and assessment
  • Acting as project lead for the Reinventing Performance Management (RPM) project, Deloitte’s multi-year transformation effort
  • Participating in the development of our executive development strategy, now deployed at Deloitte University in Westlake, TX
  • Overseeing primary research efforts on team effectiveness and performance, and using these insights to drive change in the business

Prior to Deloitte, Jeff worked in change, leadership and organizational consulting roles, most recently serving as VP and Managing Consultant at Stromberg Consulting (an Omnicom company) in New York, where he served Fortune 100 clients in the pharmaceutical and entertainment industries. 

Jeff holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  As an undergraduate, he participated in the Honors Program at Susquehanna University, majoring in Psychology and French.

Jeff has presented on a wide range of topics to the Conference of the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Wharton People Analytics Conference, the HR People & Strategy Summit, the CLO Exchange, among others.  Jeff’s work has also been featured in Harvard Business Review, HR People & Strategy Journal and Training.
