ATD Mid-Atlantic Regional Webinar Programs are pre-approved through the ATD Greater Philadelphia Chapter by the ATD Certification Institute for continuing education credits. These credits are based on the ATD Capability Model may be applied towards recertification by Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credential holders.

Tynisha Coleman, ACC is Founder and CEO of Exalt Consulting, is not just a leader—she's a catalyst for transformation. Passionate about fostering inclusion, conflict management, and performance excellence, Tynisha is on a mission to unleash the full potential of leaders through her coaching and development expertise.
Tynisha brings her executive, diversity, and inclusion background to leverage solutions that increase a leader’s ability to communicate more effectively, a vital tool in navigating today’s business complexities. She is solutions-focused and believes “problems can be solved through thoughtful decisions and tough conversations.”
As a higher education executive at Rutgers University, she has experience working in government and non-profits in community economic development, neighborhood revitalization, and sustainability.
Tynisha is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Accelerating Coaching Excellence Enhanced Practitioner. She also holds a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certification from Rutgers University and an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Tynisha has a master’s degree in city and regional planning and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies, both from Rutgers University. And she received a certificate from the Leadership Academy at Rutgers.
