Why can’t I register for the event as a member? 

To register for an event as a member you must be signed into your account. Follow the steps below to sign in:

  1. Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the page

  2. Enter your email address and password

    • If you forgot your password, you can click on the Forgot password link to reset your password
  3. Select the Remember me box for easier access in the future

  4. Confirm that you are not a robot

  5. Click the LOG IN button to log in to your account

Where is the link to the events?

The link to the event can be found in your event confirmation email, and in any of the reminder emails we send to you. We do suggest you add the link to your calendar for ease of access on the day of.

Where do I find past event materials? 

As a member of ATD PHL, you are able to access past event material here.

How can I find a job posting? 

As a member of ATD PHL, you are able to see member only job listings here.

How do I volunteer? 

We would love to work with you! You can find more information about volunteering here, or send us an email.

Where is my refund?  

Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund processing. 

How do I stop auto-renew? 

To stop auto-renew, please send us an email and we will happy to help with that.
