High-potential employees are considered to have the ability to move to higher-level positions with greater responsibility quicker than other employees. They represent the future leaders within their organization. Most organizations have a process of identifying and developing them. But according to a recent poll, many organizations aren’t satisfied with their processes and believe there is a lot of room for improvement.

Whether you are responsible for or involved in talent development in your organization or are just curious about how heads of talent development view high potentials, you will find this Leadership & OD SIG program very informative. Hear from those who have implemented high-potential programs in their organization, what they’ve experienced (i.e., what’s worked/not worked), what they still hope to achieve, and what advice would you give to those who are thinking of starting such a program.

You’ll hear from:

  • AnaMaria Herrera – Director of Enterprise Learning for Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health

  • Christopher Leady – Lead of Global Talent Management for Axalta Coating Systems

  • Jenn Nyiri – Vice President of Enterprise Talent Management & Accelerated Development for Comcast NBCUniversal

  • Elyse Rubin – Senior Talent Development and Learning Program Manager for Bentley Systems
