Want new hires who hit the ground running—and stick around? A strong onboarding program is your secret sauce. Great hiring can be quickly undone by poor onboarding. According to Human Resource Management Network, a large percentage of new hires don’t make it past their first year—or struggle for weeks—leading to low morale and high turnover. On the flip side, an effective onboarding program helps employees ramp up faster and stay longer, making it a smart business investment.

Join our panel of experts as they share proven strategies, real-world experiences (what’s worked/what hasn’t worked), and actionable insights for creating an onboarding process that turns new hires into high-performing team members. Whether you are responsible for or involved in the onboarding program in your organization or perhaps you are starting a new one, you will find this Leadership & OD SIG program very informative with great advice for building and sustaining a successful program.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain actionable insights and elevate your onboarding strategy!
