"CEO's Perspective and Expectations of Learning & Development in their Organization"

Program Description:

How can L&D create a competitive advantage for a company?  What role should L&D play in their organization?  And what do L&D professionals need to know to truly have a positive impact/be value-added?

At this Leadership and OD SIG meeting, we have an excellent opportunity to hear the answers to these and other questions directly from the CEOs of two prominent and well-respected organizations - Vertex, Inc.
