What is your current role/position, and what do you do? Founder & Principal of Legacy Coaching & Consulting LLC. I provide executive coaching, leadership development, and HR consulting for organizations in financial services, insurance, professional services, and beyond. What are you most proud of? Building my practice from the ground up and watching my clients lead with more clarity and impact than they thought possible. I truly love what I do! When you were a kid, what was your dream job? A singer! Turns out coaching leaders scratches a similar itch by helping them find their own voice. What drew you to a role in L&D? I saw firsthand how much a leader’s growth shapes everything around them and I wanted to be the person helping leaders achieve their goals and maximize their impact. Who do you turn to for professional guidance or advice? I have my own personal Board of Directors - a tribe of fellow business owners, former bosses, mentors, and friends who guide and support me through the ups and downs of business ownership. Their support and loyalty are incredibly invaluable to me. What’s your superpower or nickname? I’ve been called “MacGyver” and a “Swiss Army Knife” because I am resourceful, adaptable, and weirdly good at solving problems with zero roadmap. No clear path? Don't worry, I'll build one! How long have you been an ATD national and/or chapter member? I’ve been a member off and on throughout my career. What has been your experience as a volunteer with the ATD-PHL chapter? It’s been a great way to stay connected to the L&D community and give back to a profession that’s given me so much over the years. |
