CEOs' Perspective and Expectations of Learning & Development in their Organizations
Program Description:
How can L&D create a competitive advantage for a company? What role should L&D play in their organization? And what do L&D professionals need to know to truly have a positive impact/be value-added?
At this Leadership and OD SIG meeting, we have an excellent opportunity to hear the answers to these and other questions directly from the CEOs of two prominent and well-respected organizations - Vanguard (Bill McNabb) and Lassonde Pappas (Mark McNeil). They will share their viewpoints on the critical role learning and development plays in their companies. Accompanying them to this meeting will be their Chief Learning Officer.
We will also have ample opportunity for an interactive discussion through a question and answer period.
