The Future of Talent Development
Program Description:
As we all know, things are changing rapidly in our field with technology, engagement, talent analytics and so many other areas. We will take several of the trends from the January meeting on "The New World of Work: Talent and HR Predictions for 2018" with Josh Bersin and further discuss, share ideas and dig into each topic. We will have the opportunity via roundtable discussions to share and learn best practices and ideas that we have tried or would like to try. Please join us to learn more about where talent development is headed and how we can keep our skills and departments on the cutting edge.
Note: If you were not able to attend the Jan. 18 meeting, this would be a great opportunity to find out the key takeaways from those who did attend. And for those of you who attended, this would be a great meeting to dive deeper into each of the predictions.
