Impactful Coaching Conversations

Program Description:  

We all coach others at work or at home in a variety of situations. How would,you like to utilize a model that is easy to remember and creates the environment for the coachee to solve the issue? The GROW Model and Feedforward will take your coaching to the next level.

Speaker: Amy Dinning, Global Learning & Development Manager, ARRIS
  
 Amy Dinning is a Senior Training and Talent Development Leader with extensive experience working with all organizational levels. She sets strategy, creates, promotes, and delivers talent and learning solutions designed to support organizational business plans. Amy is passionate about creating an interactive an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports learning and growth.

Currently Amy is the Learning and Development Manager at ARRIS responsible for the global learning and development of 8500 employees. Previously, Amy served as Manager of Leadership and Talent Development for St. Gobain, creating learning and development programs for 19,000 employees.

Amy enjoys taking leadership roles. She created and is the Chief Facilitator of JumpStart your Job Search Workshops, which she has offered twice a year for the last seven years. She serves as the co-lead of the ATD Leadership and Organizational Development Special Interest Group. She is a Board Member, Orientation Leader and Programming Manager for the My Career Transition Networking group.. Amy has a Master's of Education in Instructional System and Design from Penn State University.
