"How to Leverage or Shift a Strong Organization Culture"

Program Description:

Many business leaders and members of the Learning and Development community intuitively understand the value a strong culture offers companies.  As L&D professionals we frequently view our work (e.g., designing and delivering training programs, organizational development initiatives, etc.) as contributing to the development and reinforcement of a culture that drives business results.

However, if business conditions change, necessitating a different organizational strategy and direction, changing the organization's culture can be very difficult.

Join us for a presentation by Mark Pagenkopf (Director, Organization Development for Ricoh Americas) to hear how they dealt with shifting their culture and the challenges they faced.  We will then have a robust roundtable discussion facilitated by Amy Dinning (Learning & Development Manager for ARRIS).

We will also have ample opportunity for an interactive question and answer period.
