In March of 2020, the world of consulting was changed in a matter of days: many companies drastically reduced discretionary spending, face-to-face contact with clients became impossible, and the types of challenges decision makers were facing were new and unprecedented. Joe Bruno, after 21 years in corporate Learning & Development and 13 years as the Director of L&D in the US for a large global manufacturing and sales organization, he founded LeaderVitae out of his passion for learning and helping people discover and grow into more than they thought possible. Through the development of strategic programs for managers and leaders, Joe has guided the development of individual contributors, high potential employees, managers, and leaders as they grew into their roles with courses designed to bring out lasting and reinforced changes in the way people behave and interact with one another.
Joe has developed new managers and new leaders from the factory floor to the corporate board room.
