Join colleagues in the Delaware area to take a pulse check of the field 18 months after the world turned upside down with pandemic restrictions on businesses and in-person interactions. What changes has the pandemic wrought on top of the changes that were already well underway in L&D?

Catherine Lombardozzi will give a brief synthesis of projections and predictions from an array of industry-watchers and experts. Then, we’ll take time to share with one another how these changes are (or will be) impacting our workplaces, our work, and our careers. You’ll leave the conversation with a better understanding of what’s next and with ideas from peers about how to address these changes.

Better still, through our opening icebreaker and small group conversations, you’ll get reconnected with your neighbors who are working through the same challenges and opportunities.
