If an innovator's best ideas, proposals, and urgent calls to action aren't getting enough support, traction, or funding, it may be because key people lack the courage to follow the innovator's lead.  Leaders who run into courage problems have a choice: They can compromise and appease, so they don't make anyone uncomfortable; or they can uplift challenge, and ennoble - to Make Courage Contagious, for teams to embrace new possibilities, find win/win solutions, solidify partnerships, and optimize breakout growth.

This webinar will show attendees how to:

  • Be leaders who Make Courage Contagious, rather than settling for the lack of courage that you may see in key partners who say they want growth, but settle for compromises
  • PowerUP the potential for brilliance in your toughest antagonists - so they come back with ideas and contributions, not naysaying or stonewalling
  • Diagnose the 12 risk-averse traps when decision-makers and partners fall into those traps - so you can intervene effectively, and ennoble partners to lift themselves out of those traps.
  • Use a 5-step formula that equips you to say and do the right things in the heat of the moment - to create lift, not drag, and breakout growth, rather than incremental or negative growth.

**The first 40 ATD-PHL attendees to register will receive a gift copy of the book: Make Courage Contagious
