In this interactive session, participants will dive deep into the concept of the "shadow self" and learn how embracing it can enhance both personal and professional growth.

Using the Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment, participants will identify old belief patterns that may be holding them back and explore ways to start shifting these patterns. Grounded in Positive Psychology, the scientific study of focusing on strengths to create a healthy and fulfilling life, and neuroplasticity research, the session will show that it is possible to rewire our brains for greater well-being and resilience. By adopting a mindset of self-acceptance and joy, we can become more effective, productive, impactful, and fulfilled as individuals and leaders.

Participants will leave not only with valuable insights for personal growth and development, but also with practical tools, including the free assessment, to foster a culture of positivity and authenticity. Join us in discovering how to push ourselves less, love ourselves more, and lead with joy!

Make sure to take the assessment before the program!
