Are you interested in being part of a community of people coming together to learn from each other? The Mentoring Program’s goal is to help learning professionals, both mentors and mentees, learn from each other and grow professionally and personally in their careers. As part of your work with a mentor or mentee, you may create opportunities in the learning and development field while developing long-term relationships and friendships. Any member of the ATD-PHL Chapter is encouraged to join this community. Not a member? Join now! Questions? Contact the ATD-PHL Chapter at info@tdphl.orgThe Mentoring SIG’s goal is to help learning professionals, mentors and mentees, learn from each other and grow professionally and personally in their careers, develop long-term relationships and friendships, and create opportunities in the learning and development field. Strong relationships are based on trust and together you will create a bond that benefits you both moving forward … this will take a commitment to hard work and showing up for each other. The plan is for you to meet together bi-weekly for six months. You will create your own schedule. We will meet as a group so that we can discuss concerns, ideas, and suggestions several times a year. A mentoring relationship can be a powerful thing for both the mentee and the mentor. However, it doesn’t happen instantly. You will both need to work on building it together. Our vision is that together you will create a mutually beneficial pathway forward.
